Taking English classes at Dallas College is an affordable way to get started on a path to a brighter future. Whether you’re taking classes to transfer to a four-year college or university, or for personal enrichment, our English curriculum will give you the foundational skills you need.

Courses from various cultural perspectives may include composition; creative writing; British, American, Mexican-American and world literature; and technical and business writing that provide students a solid foundation for additional college studies and successful career objectives.
