Update on Texas Dream Act Ruling and Tuition Rates
Please note that due to a June 4, 2025, federal court order that ends in-state tuition eligibility for certain Texas students, students who previously qualified for in-state tuition may no longer qualify.
Dallas College is closely monitoring court rulings related to the Texas Dream Act and their impact on tuition rates for undocumented students.
When we have updates, we will post them here.
