There is something offered for everyone, from credit to continuing education classes. My attendance and completion of a degree program from Dallas College was the best decision I could have made in launching my education foundation and career growth.

“Dallas College is one of the best-run community college systems in the country. It lets you build a foundation for your education. The majority of my classes were transferable to UNT without any problems. I found Dallas College a great beginning for my educational goals.”

Charlotte D. Berry earned an associate degree in liberal arts and a Public Administration certificate before transferring to the University of North Texas to earn a bachelor’s degree. She also holds a nonprofit leadership certificate from the Center for Nonprofit Management in partnership with Southern Methodist University. She serves on the board of directors for the African American Museum, DeSoto Park, Leadership SouthWest and DeSoto Business Women’s Alliance. She also served for 11 years as director of program operations for Communities in Schools, Dallas Region — a national stay-in-school program operating in Dallas.
