 Why You Should Attend

Dallas College’s second annual Be Aware and Prepare: Business Continuity and Safety Summit is something every professional should attend, including leaders from colleges, K-12, governmental entities, and business and industry. The goal of the summit is to educate, inform, and better prepare Dallas County for business interruptions (cyberattacks) and safety incidents (shootings). Free to attend, the summit will host sessions on specialized topics like cybersecurity, active shooter warning indicators, and more. This is a unique opportunity to hear and speak with experts about their actual experiences in preparedness, response, and recovery – before, during, and after a business interruption.

Participants will learn from speakers with expertise in business continuity, public safety, cybersecurity, and more.
