Applying for Military Connected Services Benefits
Once you have completed the admissions and registration process, you are ready to request to apply to use your U.S. Veterans (VA), Texas Hazlewood, Tuition Assistance, or MyCAA education benefits at Dallas College.
What’s Changing
Beginning with Fall 2025 registration, credit students will use Workday instead of eConnect to:
- Access your Student Statement to upload with your Military Benefit Request Form.
- Student Statement (Available through Workday. Navigate to “Student Financials” tab and click “View Statement” then “Generate PDF”.)
- Helpful Aide: Access Student Statements
- Access your Academic Progress to upload with your Military Benefit Request Form.
- Academic Progress (Available through Workday. Navigate to “Academics Hub” tab and click “Academic History.” Select “My Academic Progress” and Print PDF.)

*Students enrolled in Continuing Education (CE) courses will continue to use eConnect for the purpose of obtaining their Registration Receipt. Students must access eConnect and Workday if registered in both Credit and Continuing Education (CE) courses.

Gather all required documentation for either in person or electronic submission.
Step 3: Determine Submission Requirements
Determine submission requirements by clicking on the appropriate link(s) below each benefit type (VA, Hazlewood or Tuition Assistance/MyCAA).
