Overall Requirements
- Must be a U.S. citizen
- Must be at least 21 years old
- Must have a valid Texas driver’s license
Non-Certified Requirements
- 30 college hours or two years of active military duty
Certified Requirements
- 30 college hours or two years of active military duty
- Two years as a sworn peace officer
