The Dallas College Garland Center is an award-winning community campus focused on workforce training/development and corporate services.
The campus serves as a location for area companies, organizations and individuals to obtain highly specialized, in-demand corporate and workforce training through the Ascend Institute.

Skills Development Fund Program
The Skills Development Fund Grant is a partnership between the Dallas College Garland Center, Texas Workforce Commission and our business partners in the community. With this grant, the Garland Center customized training to employees to help increase workplace skills and wages. The training includes the categories of Business Technical, General Technical and non-technical.
