Employee Recognition: Send a Shout-Out

We see evidence of our employees doing extraordinary things every day! Share your appreciation for the people who make Dallas College special. Express your words of recognition and appreciation for your colleagues with an individual or team shout-out.

Some examples of what a Shout-Out might be used for may include:
 

• Demonstrating the mission, vision, values of Dallas College
• An outstanding performance on a project
• A simple "thank you" for modeling desirable leadership behaviors
• Going above and beyond
• Being a great teammate or collaborator

• Earning a degree, certificate, or micro-credential

Individual recipients receive a personalized email with a graphic/recognition card, with their supervisor and HR copied. Team shout-outs are sent to the designated team leader for distribution.
