Forgot/Reset Password With Pictograph Authentication
If you forget your RapidID password to log in to your my.DallasCollege.edu account, follow these steps to reset your password.
Log in to RapidID here (please bookmark it) with your login ID (for example: e9876543@hs.DallasCollege.edu) and select “Go.”
Select "Forgot Password" to change your password.
You will receive an email with an authentication code.
Type in the code and select “Go” to reset your password.
Follow the requirements and enter a new password twice. Select “Go” to finish the password reset process.
Select one of your three images at each set for three times.
Complete the process by typing your login ID and selecting “Next” to access my.DallasCollege.edu.
