Before you begin, know your username. This will be your Dallas College account with your student ID number (for example: e7654321@student.dcccd.edu).

• New dual credit students should reference the Set up eConnect/Self-Service Account (opens in a new tab) tutorial.
• Continuing dual credit students can reset their password (opens in a new tab) if needed.
  • If you are not yet enrolled in Self-Service Password Reset (SSPR), use the Forgot/Reset My Password (opens in a new tab) in eConnect, or directly at Microsoft Password Reset (opens in a new tab).

Complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) (opens in a new tab) in just three steps! With MFA, a user’s identity is confirmed in multiple ways to ensure your information stays safe.

1. Setup Self-Service Password Reset
2. Download the MFA App
3. Sign In Account After Enabling MFA
