Following this pathway will help you earn a Fundamentals of Information Technology Skills Achievement Award. Courses from this certificate may apply to the related A.A.S. degree. Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College. See catalog for official certificate requirements.
This Skills Achievement Award is an introduction to technological avenues or overviews of emerging technologies. This award is intended to allow the student to explore to discover primary degree interests, or as a tech intro for re-training options. Courses that complete the award are noted below.
Students pursuing this certificate are waived from the Texas Success Initiative (TSI) standards, but must meet course prerequisites.
