This is an example course sequence for students interested in pursuing the Logistics and Manufacturing Technology associate degree. It does not represent a contract, nor does it guarantee course availability. Following this pathway will help you earn an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.) degree in Logistics and Manufacturing Technology. Students must earn at least 25% of the credit hours (15 hours) required for graduation through instruction by Dallas College. See catalog for official degree requirements.
The A.A.S. degree program in Logistics and Manufacturing Technology is an industry certification program designed to develop the skills and knowledge necessary to enter the growing fields of logistics, advanced manufacturing, transportation, and warehousing. A student must complete courses in ONE specialization (Supply Chain Management or Manufacturing and Quality Management) to be awarded the A.A.S. in Logistics and Manufacturing Technology. Courses that complete the degree also compete the Logistics and Material Management Certificate (LM), and the Advanced-Level Logistics Professional Certificate (LP) and are noted below.

**BMGT 2384 Cooperative Education-Operations Management and Supervision is an External Cooperative Learning Experience and serves as the capstone for the program. The course involves twenty hours per week of workplace experience and a one-hour lecture per week for sixteen weeks. This provides a total of 320-workplace experience hours and 16 lecture hours over a sixteen-week semester.
