Part Judy Blume, part Rambo — and fully ready for the end of the world.
In WROL (Without Rule of Law) by Michaela Jeffrey, a group of sharp, skeptical 8th graders prepare for societal collapse from a suburban garage. Armed with jiu-jitsu, YouTube survival tips and Tolkien novels, these teenage “doomers” are done waiting for the world to protect them — they’re taking matters into their own hands. A darkly comic coming-of-age story for uncertain times.
Location: Richland Campus, Fannin Hall, Room F102
