Veterans Day Resource Fair Sponsorship Opportunity
The Dallas College Veterans Resource Fair is a free event for veterans and their families to learn about the resources available to them in the Dallas College community.
The fair will be held on
Monday, Nov. 4, 2024, 11 a.m. - 2 p.m.
Eastfield Campus, Building C
3737 Motley Dr, Mesquite, TX 75150
We are seeking sponsors to help us make this event a success. Your sponsorship will go towards providing veterans with the following:
- Access to information and resources on educational, employment, health care and other topics.
- Networking opportunities with other veterans and community organizations.
- A gift of appreciation for their service.

Sponsorship Levels

| Four Star Level ($5,000) | Six-foot table and two chairs, logo listed on all event materials, recognition at the event with a 30-second video presentation, and a 60-second speaking opportunity. |
| Three Star Level ($2,500) | Six-foot table and two chairs, logo listed on all event materials, recognition at the event with a 30-second video presentation. |
| Two Star Level ($1,000) | Six-foot table and two chairs, logo listed on all event materials, recognition at the event. |
| One Star Level ($500) | Six-foot table and two chairs, name listed on all event materials. |
| Eagle Level ($250) | Six-foot table and two chairs |
Payment Information
Paying Online
To pay online visit Dallas College Foundation donation webpage.
- Use the toggle button under "Amount" and enter your sponsorship amount.
- Use the dropdown menu under "Designation" to select "Other"
- In the field, enter "Veterans Resource Fair 2024"
- Complete the "Billing Address" section and then proceed with your transaction.
- After you complete your payment, please forward a copy of the email notice to DCSponsorships@DallasCollege.edu.
Paying by Check
- Make a check out to Dallas College Foundation.
- In the note section, please add “Veterans Resource Fair 2024”
- Mail the check to Dallas College Foundation at the following address:
