Physical Education (P.E.) courses at Dallas College offers a wide range of activities and sports that may include lifetime sports activities, conditioning exercise, basketball, volleyball, weight training, soccer, golf, weight training, self defense, aerobics and walking for fitness, among others.

Also listed within P.E. is Kinesiology (the study of movement of the body), which includes foundations, first aid, sports officiating, coaching, and care and prevention of athletic injuries. P.E. courses are listed under the four-letter rubrics (course prefixes) KINE and PHED.
