Services provided for faculty include:
- Paid professional development (registration, travel, meals, and hotel expenses)
- Paid stipend opportunities
- Instructional faculty booth for online courses
- Access to new state-of-the-art faculty hub
- Extra resources, as needed, available
- Department selected course curriculum redesign to incorporate asset-based methods (the department specifically selects the faculty members to participate in this project)
