Dr. Pamela Luckett-Smith is a collaborative leader passionate about building and guiding teams to achieve what once seemed impossible. Throughout her 30-year career, she has learned the value of forming community partnerships and digital transformation.

Dr. Luckett-Smith is currently the chief digital engagement officer at Dallas College. In her role, she serves as a thought partner, resolving problems through digital solutions and implementing emerging technologies. She is at the forefront of integrating artificial intelligence (AI) into education and organizational strategy. She specializes in raising awareness of AI's potential and provides trainings to assist individuals and organizations to harness its power effectively. Her work ensures the college is equipped with a futuristic digital environment to support a 22nd century learning environment.

Being the oldest of 10 siblings, Dr. Luckett-Smith's parents emphasized the value of education and continuous learning. She credits her parents with shaping her career by teaching her dedication, commitment, honesty, integrity and the importance of serving for the greater good. She has made it her mission to empower others through technology and lifelong learning.

When Dr. Luckett-Smith isn't developing creative solutions to drive meaningful change, you can find her relaxing and fulfilling her sense of adventure through horseback riding or watching basketball and football games. She looks forward to helping others understand and harness technology in meaningful ways.
