Chief Continuous Improvement Officer

Lenora Reece is an authentic leader who enjoys celebrating growth, whether it's her own, that of her team members or the progress of Dallas College itself. 

Reece serves as the chief continuous improvement officer where she supports project and change management across different areas of the organization. Her work varies daily but she enjoys tackling different projects and incorporating human-centric design and thinking into system setups.

Remaining open to new opportunities was crucial for Reece, as she has shifted her career focus several times. Fortunately, she had great mentors at Dallas College and a role model in her mother, who illustrated what’s possible and championed her successes. 

When she’s not envisioning the future of a 22nd century college, you can find Reece spending time outdoors with her kids or working up a sweat through running or yoga. She is excited to inspire others to embrace change and adopt a forward-looking perspective.
