Kay Eggleston
President of Richland Campus
Dr. Kay Eggleston has demonstrated a progressive path of proven leadership in her ability to influence change and positively impact lives, groups and institutions throughout her career. With a passion for both science and administration, Dr. Eggleston has combined her analytical thinking, management skills and empathy to excel in her current position.
In her role as president of Dallas College Richland campus, Dr. Eggleston focuses on leading and connecting with internal and external communities to inspire continuous improvement and success. Her expertise in continuous performance improvement led to Richland being recognized as the first ever community college in the nation to receive the Presidential Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award.
Dr. Eggleston seeks every opportunity to grow and broaden her knowledge and skills, including learning from previous Dallas College role model executive leaders while developing her own strong relationship and leadership skills along the way. In turn, as a seasoned executive leader, she engages, encourages and coaches emerging potential leaders in their paths to leadership roles.
Dr. Eggleston enjoys reading, travel, politics, volunteering with community organizations and spending time with her family. Dr. Eggleston is eager to share her expertise and inspire others to learn more about performance excellence practices.
